Synopsis
Named in honor of Pearl White, silent film superstar and Springfieldian, this ongoing film series will be held at the old firehouse at 210 E. Commercial Street in conjunction with the Commercial Club. We'll be showing silent films from Pearl White and Harold Lloyd (SAFETY LAST), with accompaniment by a live ragtime piano player. Films will begin at 9ish. Tickets are $6.00.
This is an all-weather event. If it rains, we move into the firehouse, if it's clear we watch it outside on a giant screen! All concession proceeds go to the Commercial Club!
