Watch Trailer

"Hugely entertaining."

— James Berardinelli, ReelViews

"The picture provides Douglas with one of his best roles."

— Mick LaSalle, San Francisco Chronicle

"The movie's thriller elements are given an additional gloss by the skill of the technical credits, and the wicked wit of the dialogue."

— Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times

"It looks stunning, with every shadowy scene seemingly dipped in ink and some rapid-fire edits balanced by more experimental touches."

— Kevin Maher, Times (UK)

"Douglas disintegrates beautifully against the pressure of a constant and unknown threat, played out by a deliciously sinister support cast."

— Almar Haflidason,

"Douglas is the right actor for the role. He can play smart, he can play cold, and he can play angry. He is also subtle enough that he never arrives at an emotional plateau before the film does, and never overplays the process of his inner change."

— Roger Ebert Chicago, Sun-Times
