As the world's largest package delivery company, UPS moves millions of packages across more than 200 countries and territories each day - and its workforce holds the power to bring that machine to a halt. Who Moves America follows a UPS driver in California casting his first strike vote, a Teamster in New York who walked the picket line during the historic 1997 strike, and a warehouse worker in Kentucky balancing night shifts with community college, weighing whether she can afford to say no, as well as access to the General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Sean O'Brien. As they and their co-workers organize, argue, and campaign across the country, the film builds toward a single, high-stakes vote: accept the deal, or risk everything for a strike that could reshape the American economy. Through intimate access and on-the-ground storytelling, Who Moves America reveals the human stories behind the single largest collective bargaining agreement in North America and explores the power and complexity of collective action in modern America. — Coyote Media

"Who Moves America gets a 9 out of 10… For the younger generation (ages 18-25), this is a must-see."

— The Peach Review

"For anyone who has received a package from UPS, heard a UPS plane fly over their house or seen the brown truck drive down their street, this film shows the hard work, dedication and sacrifice that keeps UPS alive."

— The Maneater

"Watching a half-century of these films, showcasing the tenacity and doggedness of organizers, you’re convinced that the union documentary is an ongoing, collaborative project – capable of being both an archive and a manual."

— The Guardian

"The documentary focuses on the human side of the issue. It shows ordinary people who go to work, try to pay their bills, take care of their families, finish school, survive another shift, and at the same time fight for a better life within the system they work for every day."

— Frame Dispatch

"The documentary is a powerful examination of how collective action can shape the future of work… WHO MOVES AMERICA feels both timely and urgent. The film reminds audiences that the services many people take for granted depend on the labor of individuals whose working conditions are often invisible to the broader public."

— Overly Honest Reviews

"The American labor movement has always been filled with moments that feel historic, but rarely do audiences get to witness them unfold from the inside. WHO MOVES AMERICA offers a rare perspective, placing viewers directly in the middle of a massive labor mobilization that could have disrupted one of the largest logistics operations in the world."
